DUBUQUE, Iowa — The Dubuque Fighting Saints’ 2022 Main Camp will take place at Centene Community Ice Center in Maryland Heights, Missouri from June 14 through June 17. Due to arena renovations at the Mystique Community Ice Center, which will start on June 1, the annual prospect showcase will be away from home for this season.
2022 Main Camp will provide an opportunity for players that the Dubuque Fighting Saints drafted in Phases I and II of the 2022 USHL Draft, as well as other invitees from around the world, to showcase their skills in front of the entire Fighting Saints hockey ops staff, and scouts and talent evaluators throughout North America.
At the end of the showcase, the best of the best will compete in a 2022 Main Camp All-Star Game on the final day to give one last look at the players vying for a roster spot on the team.
“We’re excited about holding our camp in St. Louis next month,” said Kalle Larsson, GM and President of Hockey Operations. “Camp is always a great time for our staff to evaluate our prospects, returners, and a number of talented free agents.”
Centene Community Ice Center is a multipurpose facility that features four NHL-sized ice sheets that was completed in September of 2019. It serves as the primary practice arena for the St. Louis Blues, and the home of the St. Louis Blues Alumni, Lindenwood University, the St. Louis Blues AAA program, and the St. Louis Lady Cyclones.
More information about 2022 Main Camp will be released as it is finalized.
