Opening in the Fall of 2010, the Mystique Community Ice Center has a capacity of 3,200 and is owned by the city of Dubuque. Funding for the $7 million facility comes from a public and private partnership including a $1.1 million contribution from the Dubuque Racing Association (Mystique Casino); $3.3 million from Northern Lights Hockey, LLC; owners of the USHL hockey club and other individual and corporate donors throughout Dubuque. The 66,000-square-foot arena features a hockey specific seating configuration that includes 11 luxury suites and private locker room facilities that include a weight room with a lounge area.
The facility is located just off Highway 151/61 at the Wisconsin Bridge next to the McAleece Sports Complex on Chaplain Schmitt Island in the city of Dubuque, Iowa. The Fighting Saints will use the facility for its pre-season, regular season and playoff home dates as well as team practices. The team’s year-round administrative offices and box office will also be located at the Mystique Community Ice Center. The remaining time, approximately 320 days a year, the facility will be open to the public to host a wide variety of ice-related activities. The Mystique Casino is also expected to host live entertainment events in the facility.

From Highway 20 East or West
Take Highway 151/61 North to Kerper Blvd. exit. Turn right on Kerper Blvd., left onto East 16th Street, and the Mystique Ice Center will be on your right.
From Highway 52 North or South
Take Highway 151/61 North to Kerper Blvd. exit. Turn right on Kerper Blvd., left onto East 16th Street, and the Mystique Ice Center will be on your right.

Parking is available outside the arena and across the street at McAleece Park.
