Joining the Dubuque Fighting Saints
| Each year in May there is an Entry Draft and a Futures Draft which all USHL teams participate. The draft begins with the teams finishing lowest in points from the most recent season drafting first. Players drafted by the team are invited to the Fighting Saints tryout camp in Dubuque in June. If a player is not drafted, he may be invited to attend tryouts hosted by the Fighting Saints. Tryout information will be posted at the Fighting Saints website and also at USHL.com.
